(A review after 2 months of using) This product came in great condition, packaging was good and no visible tears or damage to outside. I currently use these to go to the gym (although Sony says it is technically not water resistant), they work great. Noise cancellation is wonderful, and works even without having to turn on the headphones. they're very comfortable and pretty light, although when I lay down on the bench to do exercises (like bench press), it falls off. (not sure if its because my head shape, sweat etc.) but I just don't wear them on those days. I wear these when running because AirPods do not stay put in my ears; there is a little bit of pressure when I run, but I ignore it after a while. Battery life is very good for one charge and sound quality is good. overall, this is a great product for being refurbished; although I don't think I would pay full price for it if it was new.

Honestly really great headphones. I personally downgraded from the xm5s because I like the style of these better. The noise cancelation is great and they get pretty dang loud.

Purchased over a year ago and these are hands down the best headphones! The noise cancelling is great, the battery life is unreal (I can go days without charging and using for hours at a time) and they look just as good as when I bought them! Would highly recommemd!

Lovely colour, arrived early and does not look pre-loved. However, I only gave it a 4star because I have to unpair and pair with the tv every so often. I don't know if this is due to the tv or the headphones. I bought a new one when the model first came out; I loved that pair so much that I had to get this as a spare for watching tv. The first set paired with the tv as soon as I turned the tv on and never disconnected. That was an older tv that I no longer have though. Other than occasional unpairing with the tv, it still performs as well as the new headphones - excellent noise-cancelling, comfortable ear cushions, long-lasting battery, clear sound (although have to turn up volume a bit) and lovely looks. i waited a very long time to make this review because i wanted to see how these headphones would hold up. after using them for 7 months, i can say that these headphones are AMAZING. first off, they are extremely easy to use and connect to your device, and they have a long battery life! there are only two buttons, so it’s easy to use. additionally, they are extremely easy to take with you on the go! i brought these to europe and they were extremely easy to take in and out of my bag during my flights and during my bus rides. additionally, these headphones are AMAZING at canceling out sound. the noise canceling mode is simply unmatched. the fit of the headphones is the only possible con, as i remember the first times i would wear them they did squeeze a little tightly around my head. however, this uncomfortable feeling DID end up going away and i feel these headphones fit extremely comfortably now. DONT MISS OUT ON THESE HEADPHONES!!

I love these headphones! Great bass and noise canceling features. Great for the gym. They do not fall off during bench pressing or while leaning over for deadlifts. Great on planes to drown out engine noise or the uncomfortable infant on the plane. Just saying. It happens.

These headphones are honestly great, especially for the price. They fit very comfortable on my comically large head and have a great sound quality. I did find that when the battery of my M4's are below 50%, the sound cuts at times and I'm really not sure why. However, on a positive note, the battery life of the M4's are amazing. The first time I charged it was a little over a week into using them (Since they come charged at 60%) and I've now been using them for up to a month, 2-4 hours a day for 4-5 days a week and haven't had to charge them at all despite my excessive use of the ambient mode.

The battery doesn’t last as advertised (30 hours). I had to charge it only after 19 hours of use. Such a disappointment.
