Samsung OEM 3.5mm Stereo Headset with Remote and Microphone for Samsung Galaxy S3 S III and Other Smartphones - White

I've always been impressed with the headphones that come bundled with Samsung products. I had a Samsung MP3 player years ago that came with the best headphones I'd ever used (this coming from a guy who will happily pay $100 for a great sounding pair of headphones). Samsung didn't let me down when I received these with my Galaxy SIII. I bought these because I lent the originals to my wife, and forgot I did so. I only discovered that she had the originals when I proudly showed her my new purchase. Now we both have a pair! Anyway, they're extremely comfortable and come with several gel ear pieces. They look great and have a high-quality feel to them. The buttons and mic work perfectly. Two volume buttons and one multi-purpose button. The multi-purpose button picks up or ends calls, plays or pauses music, and on a quick double-press, skips to the next song in the main music application, and possibly others. The sound, when played through a device with a properly-tweaked equalizer, is really exceptional for the price. The bass is powerful but not muddy and the highs are crisp. Sure there are better sounding headphones, but I'm definitely picky about my music quality and I'm more than happy with the way these sound.

I needed some headphones for the gym to listen to music to, and I couldn't find a solid pair that provided everything I was looking for in a pair of headphones. Then one day, I left my headphones at home and I had a friend let me borrow theirs. After listening to one song, I had to figure out who made those headphones. When I looked I noticed it had the Samsung logo on it. I immediately came home and looked on Amazon for those exact headphones and ordered them. This is hands down the best pair of headphones that come with a cell phone that I have ever used, and I have an iPhone. The headphones sound like some speakers that would be in a home theater system, but instead they are right in your ear. The bass is incredible, they seem to be noise cancelling by default. I think that has to do with the way they fit in your ear, and maybe the volume on my phone lol. Overall, I DEFINITELY recommend these headphones, especially at this price point. I started out with the review below, which I more or less still stand by. They are the tiniest bit tinny, but not a huge deal. The reason I am updating the review is that they haven't lasted. Like I said, I tend to replace earbuds often, and these haven't made it nearly as long as many of the others. Still a decent purchase for 5 bucks, but I have moved on and am using a different product these days. Something about the way my phone sits in my pockets damages the wire on the jack end up any set of headphones, so I tend to replace them about every 2 months. Usually I get the Skull Candy ones since they have a pretty good price/quality ratio, but never again. These are incredible, as far as I can tell they are identical to the originals (I know it says OEM, but that's iffy at best with most online purchases). At five bucks, I couldn't recommend a set more, especially if you liked the ones that came with your phone.

I bought these as a spare set to leave at work. I figured Samsung would sound pretty good and took a gamble. For $5 you never really know what you're going to get. I am totally satisfied with the sound quality. For earbud style phones: * Great bass delivery * Good build quality (so far -- day two) * Very, very comfortable * Great noise cancelling My only disappointment is one I should have seen coming. I assumed all controlled headphones [three rings on the plug, start/stop button, volume up/down buttons, mic] are cross-platform compatible but it seems the VOLUME BUTTONS DO NOT WORK ON IPHONE. Start/stop works fine. It's my only complaint, but again, I should have seen it coming as they are Galaxy S3 headphones. I just didn't see how the technology could be any different in the wiring. I docked one star because of the non-compatibility issue of the volume buttons, but if you have a Samsung I'm sure these will 5 STAR your socks off.

I bought one headset for each of two cars: I LIKE: Sound quality in general. What you hear sounds really good, whether it's someone's voice, or music. Good highs and good lows. Microphone quality. I've heard how I sound through the mic, and it's good, so the person I am talking to has a good experience as well. I DON'T LIKE: One of the headsets I purchased has a loose part in the left side. So it sounds tinny, or distorted on that side. So on this headset, I've resorted to using only the right side. Because I really only use these in the car, and only use that one side, the loose part doesn't much effect me. But if I had bought only this one set, and used it frequently for music with both buds, I'd want a replacement unit. While the earpieces fit snugly in my ear, they're so snug you cannot hear anything else outside. So they are dangerous to use in the car... you cannot hear police or ambulance, etc. So if you are using these in the car, you really should only use one side... the side with the mic. Also, because the buds are so snug in your ear, while you are on the phone and you have both buds in both ears, you cannot hear your own ambient voice. (To see what I mean, plug your ears and talk.... you can't hear yourself clearly... and you feel like you should talk louder.) It's 10 times better to just use one side when you're on the phone. I HAVE NOT USED the volume rocker switch, so I don't know if it works or how well it works. Generally speaking, this is a good product at a great price. The quality feels good. The cord is a good length. I've always been a big fan of the Apple Earbuds, but you can you 5 of these Samsung units for the price of 1 apple headset.

These earphones, from wherever they are being made, are nothing but cheap knock-offs of the factory issued version that comes with the S3. My first pair were destroyed by my dog so I errantly ordered another pair from amazon with the assumption that the ones on this page were of the same make and model; boy was I wrong. My story is as such. I got them in today, just in time for my daily jog and noticed that the sound quality was lacking....SEVERELY. EVERYTHING, from Pandora to HD movies, sounded hollow and muffled with minor base output causing a highly irritating rattling sound just like what happens in a car when you crank the base beyond the capabilities of the speakers; and the volume was only at about 65%!!!! In a state of utter confusion I pulled my OFFICIAL yet badly damaged/chewed on pair out of the trash and contrasted the two in great detail, and here is what I found: 1)The knock off pair is SHORTER in total length, by about 3 inches, than the original. 2)If the earbud silicone is taken off, the MESH covering the speaker opening is very SLOPPILY applied and this is very noticeable. 3)The metal part that plugs into the phone is not placed flush within the plastic housing attaching it to the rest of the earphones where the original is flush and exactly placed in its housing. 4)Most IMPORTANTLY and, perhaps, least noticeably is the difference in the "SAMSUNG" logo printed on the headphones themselves(both the left and right earbuds). The coloration of the "SAMSUNG" insignia of the KNOCK OFFS' is significantly "less grey" and more burnt copper-ish. In addition, the font itself on the KNOCK-OFFS is, to an attentive eye, cruder and less exact in its imprinting than the original; letter for letter. In Conclusion, I must hand it to these swindlers for fooling the whole lot, Amazon included, into thinking they were actually selling a genuine product as it is genuinely fake and genuinely SUCKS!!!! With so many noticeable points of errant fabrication visible with this product, not to mention its actual performance, there's no way this could have come from a Samsung licensed company even if my unit is one of the few that have "slipped through the cracks" (Six SIgma). I guess its cheap enough for most to throw them away and buy more but I hate phonies and con artists and they must be called out for their B.S. So.............. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!! I purchased these ear buds about 5 months ago after my original set for my s3 was stolen. With the low price (about $5) I was concerned about quality but these have proven to be just like the original. Same sound quality and reliability. Just make sure to check the vendor's reputation before you purchase!!! There appears to be a few knock offs floating around. I wear these often while working in an aircraft repair shop and while driving semi. Multiple times i have had them jerked out of my ears because I snagged the cord on something or dropped my phone yet they have held up surprisingly well. In-line remote is super useful for basic hands free commands too. Buying two more pairs so I can have a spare and give one to a friend.

The earphones that I received work perfectly. They sound exactly like the OEM ones (that I lost) that came with my Galaxy S3. The length, trademark sign on the bud, volume controls, and quality are all the same. I'd even have to add in that the bass kicks harder than the ones I lost. All the volume controls work on my S3 and have yet to try the mic. The only difference is that they do not come with extra ear pieces like how the OEM ones did with the S3, but that isn't a big deal to me. I definitely was skeptical after reading all the reviews about how these are fake. I really think it really depends on the seller that you buy it from. The ones I received are EXACTLY the same as the OEM ones and have no complaint about them. If you are skeptical about a seller, I recommend to buy from Masterdeals since they were the ones I ordered from.

I got the product on time. But after 2 months one of the earbuds and mic are not working.

los encargue por que la imagen representaba los audifonos que yo queria los samsung que venian con la gama s2 s3 y recivi los de samsung de cable plano que no son de mi agrado ya que el sonido es de inferior calidad a los que aparecen en la imagen mostrada si no tienen los que muestran en la imagen no engañen a la gente y cambien la imagen los que pedimos este tipo de audifonos es por la calidad de sonido que tenian los nuevos que recivi se consiguen en cualquier tienda de celulares y no eran los que yo esperaba recivir si buscas estos audifonos ten en cuenta que no son los que se muestran en la imagen
