Can you use them on the side of a car?

They're a bit small for something like that, but I have used them on glass and been able to clean it off later that same day with no issues.

Could you use to decorate a car for graduation, will it wash off?

No way! I would never put them on the paint of my car, maybe a window but they sell markers for that at the dollar tree, these chalk markers would probably ruin a car
