The quality and the stability of the mat is great as I use it to do workout at home due to less time to go out. Comfort is great as it’s smooth, it doesn’t weight much so it’s easy to carry around. It fits my whole bike when I’m cycling and working out. Easy to clean as I just alcohol wipes or towel with water.

Solid mat, perfect size for Bowflex C6
We were looking for a mat to place under my wife's Bowflex C6. The reviews of this mat were spot on. Unroll and air the mat out for a day before bringing inside. After that, you're golden. Good length. Doesn't slip. Lays flat. I had some questions about the thickness of this vs the high density version. This mat was absolutely the right choice for a spin bike. The thickness is on par with a yoga mat, just firmer.

I went for this mat due to how thick it was. We have an exercise bike and wooden floors, so we were afraid of damaging the wood. This mat does the job perfectly. We move the equipment a little every 2-3 weeks to avoid long-term damage. When we move it, there are deep indentations on the mat due to the weight of the bike. However, the mat is of such good quality that after about 3 days, those indentations have come out, leaving a perfectly flat surface again. I would definitely buy this product again.

Nice material but doesn’t do the job
I’m quite disappointed with this. I just tested the mat and it doesn’t do what it claims. It’s certainly not anti slip. While working out the mat moves around and as for noise reduction, I can’t see the difference between this and my yoga mat. Not worth the money!
