Nutrilicious Crunchy Oat Milk Chocolate Pumpkin Seeds - Vegan Healthy Snacks - Low Carb, High Protein, Low Sugar, High Fibre, Gluten Free, Nut Free (12 x 30g)

After watching the very recent Michael Mosley series “Lose a stone in 21 days” which encouraged me to do a keto diet, I wanted to find some nice keto-friendly treats/snacks to enable me to remain motivated on this lockdown love-handles weight gain I have. I know diets are are lifestyle change, but also know myself that if I give up all yummy naughty things, such as chocolate, I’ll never keep a diet going as there’s too many sacrifices. After searching keto treats On Amazon, I saw these with very high review star ratings, so thought I’d give them a go. Boy....I’m so glad I did. These are delicious and very moorish. They are lovely and crunchy and have a very thin layer of chocolate on the outside coating them, but enough to get the chocolate kick I need. They’re a very small packet (smaller than the mini cheddaries bags) and a half full (like most packets these days they’re half product half air). A good substantial amount for a treat/snack though. Keto friendly at just 3.1g of carbs but without me feeling I’m making sacrifices on treats. Also contain 2.5g fibre &13.7g of fat (good for keto). These are going to make brilliant grab packets for my handbag which I can eat on the go or have whilst having a coffee out with friends, whi,e they have a naughty cake or tea cake when we’re out. Also great as an afternoon treat at work with a cuppa to keep me going till teatime. I bought 12 packets for £12.74, which is pricy. This is the only slight downside to them.....they work out about £1.06 per bag! I’m happy to pay that though for these as they are extremely tasty and because my pleasures are now more restricted and tricky to find. The chocolate doesn’t have that sickly cheap tasty chocolate taste to them either. They also had a very long best before date on them of 09/2021 (13 months).......note that they’ll be around for anywhere near that length of time 😂. I’ve photographed the ingredients list which I thought might be helpful to others. I’ll definately be buying these yummy pumpkin seeds again. its a 9/10 from me (looses a mark because they’re a bit too pricey)

Filling, great snack for that afternoon slump. Just enough chocolate, but not sweet. Do seem expensive for the amount

These are FABULOUS! Only tried the milk chocolate so far but absolutely delicious, no horrible synthetic artificial sweeteners, nice crunch to them without being sickly sweet. Love that they are a source of protein and fibre whilst being relatively low in carbs and sugar. So chuffed I’ve found these, really excited to try the other flavours now. Would wholeheartedly recommend, great price as well compared to some other very overpriced ‘healthy’ snacks.

I like these although the chocolate covering is not as thick as the pictures look. I also found some packaging in one packet that was a surprise..

Love this flavour and so great that its got no added sugar like most bbq snacks. Its really filling and you get plenty in the bag. Ive been adding this to salads and love that its so good for keto and its vegan

I have tried and loved all the different versions and they are all genuinely low carb and come in portion controlled bags. I have bought them at different prices and at 9.99 they are good value but at 13.99 or 14.99 they are too expensive to be anything more than an occasional treat for me. NB the packets say not gluten free even though there are no gluten ingredients, which seems a shame.

Tasty and healthy

I am so impressed with these, I will defiantly buy more. I started a low carb ketogenic diet lately and was looking for sweet snacks. These are only 3g of carbs per packet and you get a large amount in each serving. They are really satisfying.

These pumpkin seeds are the MOST AMAZING snacks I’ve ever had !!! They are great for a high fat snack for me while living a bodybuilding lifestyle. I have 1 pack everyday and look for to eating them each time!!!

Onestamente,visto il prezzo, mi aspettavo decisamente di meglio! Il cioccolato è impercettibile!! E sono amari, mi stupisco delle recensioni positive!! Evitate di sprecare 20 euro

No esta mal para quitar las ganas de dulce sin sentirte culpable...sabes que te aporta algo mas que azucares.....son menos de 200 calorias por bolsita...el sabor es bueno chocolate negro y pipas de calabaza

Me ha dejado indiferente, su sabor a pipas de calabaza predomina sobre el sabor del chocolate, no sé si por no estar bien cubiertas de chocolate o porque el chocolate estaba "quemado" de los cambios de temperatura que debe haber sufrido( vease el color blanco del chocolate producido por los cambios bruscos de temperatura). La relación calidad-precio deja mucho que desear, puesto que para encontrar el sabor a chocolate he tenido que hacer un esfuerzo, mas me vale la pena comprar una bolsa de pipas de calabaza sin nada más.
