Basic entry-level stethoscope for first years

This is a entry level stethoscope. Breath sounds can be heard well. You can hear faint heart sounds. Distinguishing a normal heart sound from a potential murmur or opening snap is almost impossible with this stethoscope. All in all, buy this only if you are a first year medical student. For final year students and professionals, this stethoscope is not recommended.
