I love this book, it's full of great ideas and they seem doable.

Beautiful layout and content. I'm a beginner at embroidery, I love the clarity, minimal format, photography. Enjoyable to look through for ideas and guidance. Only criticism is having to constantly flip back and forth in the book between final sample piece nearer front and illustrated guide at back. But overall, very glad to have this book for reference!

Beautiful book with brilliant photographs and clear diagrams. There are designs for individual motifs and also ‘sheet’ designs for greater areas. As far as application of the designs is concerned, I feel that they could be worked on almost anything. In addition, I would say that these embroidered designs would look as good in a contemporary setting, as in a traditional one. I most definitely recommend this book.

Stunning designs. Perfect blend of Japanese perfection and Scandinavian influence. Can’t wait to start sewing items from this book. I am also looking at other books by this author in the hope of finding more loveliness.

This authors colour's and designs are very inspirational and different each time. Wordery are an excellent book supplier. Although the book arrived a little later than promised, I only made an enquiry in case it had got lost in the post. Communication with them confirmed it would arrive soon for which I am grateful.

Absolutely loved the templates. Very helpful.

Higuchi is one of my favorite artists. Her work is suitable for the beginner and the expert, because the designs are so beautiful but only use a few stitches. Absolutely stunning photos and wonderful patterns, including suggestions for materials and colors. The detailed photos are excellent as a reference while stitching. This book includes her advice for selecting threads and yarn; how they impact the style of the work, and how to care for them. I love to use her motifs in between major embroidery projects, and enjoy them on my own linens and as gifts. They can be small projects finished in a day, or a large endeavor. This book is a visual feast and useful to the stitcher. Love it!
