Battery charge doesn't seem to handle tough drilling jobs
The batteries charge quickly, and work well for light weight drilling jobs. However, when I use the drill to handle a hole saw (for example), the batteries quickly lose their charge. Also, the battery packs, while seemingly are an exact match to the OE batteries, seem to be packed differently, as the battery moves around sloppily inside the battery housing. I probably should have spent the extra money to purchase lithium ion batteries.

So far so good.
I liked the fact that the batteries were mostly charged when I got them. They fit perfectly in both the charger and on my tools. Hoping they will perform great and last. Seems like an immensely reasonable price for these.

Warranty support not Provided
The item was received in a timely manner. Both batteries appeared to function upon receipt. I placed 1 battery in the charger, swapped the batteries 1 day later, and used that battery for a number of weeks. When I swapped the batteries to charge the one I had been using, discovered the other battery dead and will not charge. My biggest complaint at this point is these batteries presumably have a 90 day warranty. However, there is no mechanism to contact the seller, and trying to get Aamzon to help has been unsuccessful
