I love this product. It takes two days tops to clear a blemish on the needles do not hurt. It’s just a little prick and the pain goes away within seconds. My only gripe and complaint about this product is the price. You do not get enough for the price that you pay. You only get nine little tabs as opposed to getting a different acne sheet for blemishes and get 72. This is not very cost-effective. It’s too expensive but I do like the product so I will most likely be looking for alternative brands to see if I can find something less expensive and get more bang for my buck.

Ok these things work!!! I’m definitely going to order again. I need to keep these on hand at all times! At first, I wasn’t sure these were going to stick as well as others I’ve tried, but the patch stayed on overnight while I slept. And then in the morning, my blemishes are almost gone! I had a bad one on my forehead last night so I used a patch. This morning, it’s practically gone. Just some minor redness left. But the bump is greatly diminished. I’ve tried another brand similar to these that were $28 plus shipping for 8 patches so these are a bargain compared. And I think they might even work better than the more expensive brand. Wonderful for someone like me who just has the occasional blemish and wants it gone now!

Eh. Got them because I was intrigued about the whole microneedle concept, and if they would work better than a regular patch (specifically, spendy ones that come in a metal tin). Compared to those, these don't actually do anything except leave a red spot. Pros: they peel off cleanly Cons: I don't think they work, they're kind of spendy, they leave red marks

Disclaimer: This product is not a product for serious acne problems, its for those people who get few pimples really rarely. It's basically useless for people with really bad acne, in my case i get a lot of pimples within a week, I use a lot of creams and masks to keep my skin fairly normal. You cannot use one cream to get rid of acne it's virtually impossible you have to use cream to dry your skin than moisturize it again afterwards. These micro needle pads help and I felp the needles pierce the top of the skin, it's not cheap and you get only 9 pads, Do Not Buy It if you have serious acne but for those who get pimples but really rarely it really useful

I tend to get breakouts that start as red, sore, bumps under the surface of my skin. They're painful to touch, and they're loaded with sebum and not so much pus. I have one that started about 3 weeks ago and it's been a monster ever since. I put one of these on before bed two nights ago (as soon as I received them) and it's gone. Absolutely gone. These little things are fabulous! I wish that there were a little more to the package because they're very expensive, but they worked so well, that I really can't complain too much about them. I rarely get breakouts like the one that I had, so I can justify spending a little more for a product that works as well as these do!

I like the idea of microneedling technology, but this is the second brand I've tried (first was Rael which was a bit better) and I think it's just a gimmick now. Stick to regular Cosrx hydrocolloid patches. Cheaper and do a better job.

Very good product. There is an American version of this product but it’s twice as expensive as this Korean made product. I have noticed a remarkable improvement when i wear them overnight. The pimple is usually not gone overnight but ready to squeeze and it heals much faster than any other patch I’ve used. I will buy them again. Don’t be discouraged by the Korean writing it’s simple to use and affective!

I purchased this nearly a year ago after a recommendation from a friend and have been very pleased with them! But I used one last night that was incredible which is why I am reviewing now. I had a super painful little bump I could feel forming on my bottom lip line and I stuck one of these bad boys on there for a few hours and when I got up in the middle of the night I checked it and could see that the patch had worked so I pulled it off to reveal that the contents of the bump had been almost completely extracted and there was no irritation. For someone like me who gets occasional deep pimples, these are a lifesaver and really work magic overnight on those pesky painful bumps!
