Great game, fun for many ages. Easy to play at whatever pace you want. For some reason the card size is not quite the same as the original. One is just a bit skinnier and longer.

This is an excellent card game. The written directions sound very complicated, but once you have played through a game, it's pretty easy to get the hang of it. It's a classic game of playing higher than the person before you, or take the cards. Karma cards sprinkled throughout give the game a new and exciting flair, and the personalities around the table can really throw a wrench in even the best laid plans. This is one of those games where there's really no winner, you're playing to see who the BIG LOSER is, and to make it even more exciting, the game ain't over till the fat lady sings - if you think you're safely out of cards, that can change real fast! And when a game is over, you'll be itching to play again to stick someone else with that BIG LOSER title! This game is a hidden gem that not everyone knows about. With having 6 kids I am always on the lookout for the best games to purchase as gifts. I bought this last year as a family gift (Kids are 16-36 years old). Not only is this now our go to game for family night but everyone we play with ends up purchasing it. We played with extended family Saturday night and two people bought the game while we were playing it. My son just bought it for his best friends family for Christmas. Great game, easy to learn, lots and lots of laughs. We howl every time someone gets out and make a sucking noise when they get pulled back in.

One of our family's favorite games. Easy to understand and play. It can induce some hard feelings towards others if you play the card to switch places and hands. My children have slept with one eye open many a time after playing that one on their sainted mother.

I purchased the red package card game first. Which can be played from 2 to 6 players. After playing the game & realizing how much fun it is, I purchased another of the same game. It states on the package if you want to play with more than 6 players, buy another set. The nice thing, they sell a red card set & a black card set. Great fun, easy to learn...

We have only played this a few times but we miss some of the cards in the original. There is only 1 card you can write in a new rule. We made it a "Give a Pile" card but you really need more than 1 of those to make the game fun. It feels like with Karma King the game finishes quicker and isn't as fun. Best card is the Pass your hand cards to the right. We still enjoy it and are glad we purchased it.

We have played this with so many people and everyone ends up getting the game, because it is so fun. You don’t have to think a lot, so it’s great in a large group or three or more players. Play until the end because you never know if a change will make someone who is out of cards, end up with the lot.

We enjoyed playing KARMA as a family, pulling it out on vacations and for family gatherings with lots of happy humans. We play with kids as young as 8, but any younger and they don't really get the strategy without help. This new version is just as fun. Similar gameplay, but new twists. One thing that we did wrong at the start is we didn't trash some of the cards that are only supposed to be used once. There is a reason those cards need to be trashed! If you don't do this, the game can be quite veangful -- which is probably why they made the rules the way they did. Buy it, play it, share it!

This is a really easy game to learn how to play and can be played with a big group of people.
