Gentle Stretch exercises
I use these bands at a keep fit class and so they came recommended. They are ideal for gentle stretching exercises at home. There is also a guide on how to use them included in the packet.

Very good bands. Medium is stronger than I was expecting but I've got used to them. Good bands

Decent but could be better quality
I used this product for ballet to strengthen my legs and feet. The band is alright for strengthening but I noticed the grip isn’t great, or at least not as good as other bands I have had previously. Although it hasn’t ripped yet, I have only had the band for about a week and it looks like it may snap sometime in the near future. Overall it’s decent for what you pay for, but could be better.

Split after only a few months of use
Bought the PROIRON Latex-Free Resistance Band, but unfortunately, it hasn’t held up well. After only a few months of regular use, the bands started splitting, which makes it unreliable and not something I feel safe using. Durability is pretty crucial for resistance bands, and this one fell short. Disappointing, and I wouldn’t buy it again.

I found the size and strength of resistance just right for me and the band feels strong and comfortable.

Different colour code to Theraband
The product itself is good, but there are a couple of drawbacks. They do have a plastic smell about them, but the main issue for me was the colour coding. I initially bought the grey band, but it was way too strong. Even the Green band is much more resistant than my usual black Theraband. They do have a chart with the weight resistance to be fair, but I assumed they'd be consistent with other makes.

High resistance bands
I've used such bands during physical therapy and I was advised to get some for home use. I got ProIron bands because they come in longer versions (1.5m versus 1m or less for most other brands). I found after they arrived that the "weakest" ProIron band is stronger than the strongest one of the kind used by my physical therapist. That turned out to be just right for home use. I used it for months, usually attached to a door-jamb accessory to work both shoulders at once. Recently it broke -- though the pieces are still useful for other exercises -- so I sent to the "medium" band. I had to scale back my reps for a few days to build new strength. I like them!
