Gives you so much more control over fan speeds. **Q: do they have molex connections?** A: No molex connection **Q: How do you control them?** A: If these are 4 Pin Connector, connecting to motherboard then Motherboard CMOS Bios will be able to control it. It is easy. If motherboard is very old then probably it won't have the 4 Pin connectors on it. The Box for the Fan will also have ARCTIC P14 PWM. PWM fans are controlable **Q: Are these variable speed fans that i can run for the motherboard a 5 to 1 PWM hub?
