These resistance bands have been great. I’ve used them three times a week since 2019 and they only just needed replacing now in 2026. The set comes with a door anchor so you can take it traveling and do your strength training anywhere—no gym required. I love that I can do any weight by combining bands and can use the handles or ankle straps. A complete gym in a light-weight bag.

Simple, Compact Band Set That’s Perfect to Keep in the RV Bought these to keep in our RV and they’re exactly what I wanted—simple, compact, and easy to stash in the included carry bag so they’re always ready for a quick workout. The 5 bands cover 10–110 lbs of stackable resistance, and with the handles, ankle straps, and door anchor, you can hit most muscle groups without dragging along bulky gear or weights. The natural latex tubes feel solid and haven’t snapped, and the padded handles are comfortable enough for longer sessions. I love love love this set of bands. The handles are great and you can add weight by adding bands. It’s a very complete set with a door anchor. I’ve purchased many sets in the past and these are the best bands ever. Sturdy too!!

These are well made. The exercises are effective and these bands are versatile! Good purchase.

Having these bands helps me stick with my workouts while still giving me a challenge. They’re easy to take with me when I travel, one downside, the bag wasn’t well made and started unraveling right away. I’ve managed to get it fixed up a bit but I’ll be working on getting a better carrying bag.

The tubes are too short. This length is only good for a small fraction of moves (and I am SHORT). The door anchor is too short - for short me to use it up OVER the door, I need to climb. Lucky for me I had bought a separate anchor I can just SWING over the door. The carabiners are not connected to the grips and ankle straps in a good position. The hand grips and ankle straps are comfortable. Good intentions, but not well thought out. They should lengthen the strap on the anchor. Adjust the carabiner connections. And maybe either increase the length 50% or put 2 lengths of each. As it is now, there is NO POSSIBLE WAY that the men in the photos who appear a foot taller than me can be doing some of those exercises with THESE tubes - they just are not long enough.

It's hard to say how they can manufacture a product and get it sent to your home that is as good as this at the price they charge. The bands and handles etc are very well constructed and will provide for many hours of training ahead. I'm very happy to recommend this product.

Tal y como está el panorama, con un posible confinamiento en cualquier momento, había que buscar algo para mantener la forma en casa. Las bandas elásticas me parecen una gran alternativa, más versátil y barata en comparación con bicis estáticas o cintas de correr. En primer lugar comentar que me ha sorprendido la calidad de estas bandas, están muy bien acabadas y se notan resistentes, no me esperaba tanto por este precio la verdad. Punto positivo. Vienen con instrucciones en inglés de cómo fijarlas en puertas y también de como hacer varios ejercicios, pero bien ilustradas por lo que las puede entender cualquiera. Y ya si te buscas más ejercicios por internet, te das cuenta de que con unas bandas como éstas puedes ejercitar fácilmente cualquier músculo del cuerpo.
