Sleep Tight Cards

I showed these cards to my friend who then went and bought themselves a pack. Very thought provoking and help you with mindfulness and calming. Very helpful in deciding what you need to do to move forward. My friend suggested that they could be made into coasters which I thought was a great idea .

Love these sleep cards and I read them every night without fail. So helpful and calming.

These are really great. They have exercises on them for each night. Half are writing exercises/tasks eg write yr thoughts down and devote 10 minutes to them and the other half are tapping/ breathing/visualisation exercises. Each ends with a positive affirmation. I am really disappointed Amazon sent me a second hand already opened and ripped item but that's not the fault of the item.

The cards are lovely, they are a gift for my friend who has difficulty sleeping and I'm sure they will be helpful! Good idea to have them on your bedside table! I've not given them too her yet. So I can't comment further.

I think the idea is brilliant. I haven't used them much but they really open your eyes and kind of make you forget about your worries to help you to go to sleep after all that's what they were made for. I love the colour scheme. I love muted colours. The instructions are easy to understand. I pull out a card and I repeat the instructions until I fall asleep. It gives you healthy thoughts that push out the negative and stressful thoughts we can have before going to bed. It gives you something nice to think about and focus on.

There was nothing I didn’t like

Really helpful and not just for sleep but in stressful situations as well. Helps calm me down and refocus.

Lovely to incorporate into a bed time routine, me & the children are feeling excited about this. Tonight we focus on our heart beating & with every beat our heart spreads so much powerful love all around your body & your surroundings & to everyone on the planet. Hope they have sweet dreams, I'm sure they will xx
