Is this one suitable for outdoors?

I love my dragon, which I keep indoors. If I was to take him outside, it would be undercover. I'd be afraid of color change or washout. Our Florida sun would bake the color right out of it here. Never know until you try, good luck!

Can i use this as a cake topper?

This product is approximately 7.75 x 4.5 x 7.25 inches and weighs 2.75 pounds. The weight makes me think that it is too heavy for a cake.
