Excellent probiotic for digestive issues
I had been having gut issues, bloating, water retention, you name it. In less than two weeks I noticed my digestion improving drastically. No cramps or pain just flatter, less bloated and better! Great value as well. Other probiotics are so expensive and deliver little. These are fantastic and no weird taste or side effects.

Works well, bad taste
So far these seem to be working fine - haven’t had any adverse reactions since I started taking it. One thing is that the smell/taste is pretty terrible - if you swallow quickly it’s fine but does have an after taste. For the price I will deal with that.
