Kidz company replaced the damaged Yo-yo. Very happy to get a replacement. Both KIDZ and Amazon stood by their reputaiton . If you know how to yo-yo, these will make you feel like an expert Yo-Yo-er. My kids love them but have had little time to practice with them as my husband often bogarts these yo-yo's to show off his "mad skillz". Very glad I ordered these!

i love this yo-yo it is good i loved how it was a hyprid the only thing bad is that the string is weak after 1 1/2 months of playing with it the string broke but i play hard so yeah awesome yo-yo i love it
