I’ve used this kit in securing my car cover. The tarp clips and the variety of lengths of bungee are fantastic and I couldn’t be happier. I’m very impressed with the non-scratch hooks. During recent episodes of high-wind, the kit has done exactly what I needed it to do!

These are great for the I've used them on my carp barrow and left the smaller ones in the car and I'm always using them

I bought these straps after the last 2 big storms as struggled to find enough straps long enough to secure my garden furniture, a couple of weeks ago I decided to put the curtains and roof back on my gazebo thinking we were past the worst of the weather, boy was I wrong, we have had snow and wind rain you name it, luckily for me these straps have come into their own and I managed to tie everything down but still have the option of using my garden when the sun shines. The straps feel like good quality and the plastic hooks are not causing damage in the way metal ones would, I can’t talk about durability yet but I will definitely update this review as and when they have been in use long enough.

Quite simply these are the best Bungee Chords you can buy. The plastic coated metal hooks are super strong but do not scratch, there are no stupid rubber endcaps to fall off and loose. The bungee used is high quality and not the rubbish you get with cheaper brands. The pack comes in a zipped carry bag and contains a selection of bungee lengths from 18" to 40" plus some mini bungees, some small loop canopy ties and 4 really useful Tarpaulin clips. They come with a guarantee, you just email Bison Gear with your Amazon Invoice number and they confirm the guarantee the next day ! So impressed with them I ordered another pack. Holding down my boat cover they have withsood all the bad winter weather. Very impressed with the product and their customer support.

Good quality materials and manufacturing, very stretchy Bungees in a good variety of sizes. I've purchased Bungees with plastic coated hooks before and they have broken almost immediately. I actually ordered this pack without realising it had coated hooks, but was pleasantly surprised to see the materials used are much better in this case and after a few test uses (specifically to test them in ways others have broken) they are still going strong. The Bungees came in a handy case and even with the offer of a lifetime guarantee if you registered with the manufacturer. The smallest Bungees have metal hooks but other than that the other sizes are all plastic coated. For comparison purposes, I also bought an Amazon own-brand pack of Bungees that were 2/3 of the price but are definitely under half the quality so I'd recommend this pack every time for the little extra cost.

The package arrived promptly and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and range of the items, which are handily colour-coded. I was particularly looking for non-scratch items - and the robust plastic hooks seem to fit the bill, These hooks, although thicker than the metal equivalent, still fit comfortably and securely into the car's loading clips. In addition, there are some unexpected bonus pieces; the first being the storage bag but there are also clips for (perhaps) load covers or fly sheets which provide "eyes" for bungee hooks. There are also small elastic "bobble" straps which I've been using to secure fishing rod tubes to a shelf. Overall, this is a quality purchase which has more than exceeded my expectations.

Camping car

I am very happy for making this purchase. There are plenty of sizes & options with the additional clips and balls. I have used these to help with moving house, getting friends home safe with bicycles, suspending fans out of the way of the robot vacuum, securing doors opens or closed. I really appreciate that there is no visible metal to degrade. And I continue to enjoy having the versatile use of this kit.

Outstanding bungees with one slight problem, for me, anyway. These are elastic like old-fashioned bungees and are ultimate quality. The rubber coating on the hooks is heavy duty and the cords themselves stretch as they should. Just one little thing though, and I'm in the vast minority here and this little glitch does not detract from this review at all. Sometimes, I like to make a cord just the right length by running some of the cord through the eye and tying a knot to effectively shorten the cord. With the molded ends on these bungees, that's impossible. However, the boot/molding can be removed to some extent to make that possible, as their are heavy wire ends underneath the plastic. There's a good variety of lengths so that might and probably will be irrelevant to you. Best bungees I've found.
