Chicken Night (Williams-Sonoma)

Cookbooks from W/S are always well-written and reliable. But, when it comes to chicken (at least for the experienced cook), we are usually looking for the book that brings something new to the table, so to speak. Not a bad book for the beginner, but it will add little to your library if you've been around the kitchen for a while.

We don't eat a lot of red meat or fish, so this is perfect for us. I like this series, but some of the Taco Night etc ones are just not for us. I think if you want to eat healthier but still have protein, you should get this and you can have chicken 2-3 nights per week and not have it feel repititive.

Meh, I could probably find all these recipes online on Pinterest.

Great recipes in this book. No complaints about the food or style of writing. In the back is examples of menus for an evening.

I have fixed 5 recipes so far and 4 of them are now regulars in our household. I am currently shopping for another cookbook by this author.
