Excellent customer service
Ordered this item and it had a defect. Contacted the company and it was handled quickly, satisfactorily and with such great customer service I am thrilled. Would do business with them again. Thankful for companies like this.

Very cheaply made. Didn't even last a day.
There hasn't been any issues with the gloves, but within an hour of blowing up the bop bag, it had already deflated some. I assumed it was just from the plastic stretching from the first air up and just needed more air to fill it out, but after blowing it up several more times, it just continued to deflate. It was apparent at that point that it was leaking air somewhere. Then, the entire bottom seal busted, releasing all the water, and flooding the floor. It looks like the seal just came apart. It is a very clean break, not ripped or punctured in any way. My boys can get carried away sometimes and be a little rough, but I wouldn't consider them to have played with this in an inappropriate or overly rough fashion. I just think this is very cheaply made; I would suggest investing in something a little more sturdy instead of wasting the money on this.

This product is great for entertaining kids this ability was perfect the design and colors were amazing The print was amazing what grandsons love it very easy to assemble the size was bigger than what I expected it to be very sturdy and fun for kids

Unfortunately this didn’t last long
I got this set for my 2 and 3 year old. The piece all deflated at the seems after a few plays they did enjoy them before the air slowly started to deflate

Worked well
First of all for those on here saying that it doesn't stand up you have to fill it with water or sand at the bottom. There is an opening where you're supposed to put water or sand. This product is for toddlers so I would not recommend buying it for older kids.

“Absolutely awful quality! I ordered twice, and both times the product arrived with holes in it. Unbelievable! On top of that, they refuse to accept returns. This is a complete scam—stay away!”

Absolutely Ridiculous - DO NOT BUY
If I could give it 0 I would. We purchased this for our 2 year old son for Christmas, opened it up and it was damaged and not holding in water. Got a replacement, we blew it up and realized there was a massive hole in the bottom so no air could stay in. Since we already got a replacement we can not get a refund. Waste of money. DO NOT BUY

The same day we got it, one of the glove has a hole and the big bag deflates constantly.
