Arrived today and fine. I was a bit put off by the number of bad reviews but I ordered anyway, glad I did. I did notice before ordering that the "menu" & "enter" buttons are reversed from original remote. The original placement is correct, with MENU in center position and ENTER to the lower right, but the labels are reversed on this replacement. (want menu: depress enter & vice versa) Not a big deal for me, well worth the price.

First of all, it didn't come in any kind of packaging. The remote itself was just just tossed in a manila envelope. It didn't appear to be damaged though, so I put batteries in it, only for it not to work. I tried different batteries as well, but the red light on the end of it never even came on. Returning this product.

After our 5 month old puppy destroyed our original remote, I was in full blown panic! I was a little skeptical about ordering this remote as a replacement, but I'm glad that I did. I literally put batteries in it and it worked perfectly. I didn't even have to reprogram anything. 10/10 recommend for Proscan replacement remote.

This remote replaces the one that came with the TV. The original one had been dropped and the back cover broken. All I had to do was install the batteries and it paired with the TV immediately. Every button function is in the same place as the original.

Took almost a week to get to me considering the placed ordered from was right here in my own state.

Remote does not work. I’ve tried multiple types of brand new batteries. I’ve googled how to program the remote with the tv and it will not work. The red indicator light does not come on as stated in the directions and videos, I believe it is a faulty remote.

This is the exact Remote that came with my original tv and was cheaper than the universal ones sold at department stores. There was no hassle trying to program it to my tv. Great value for the money.

Bought this universal remote because my daughter threw the remote that came with my tv and it broke. So I ordered a replacement but it was a newer model and it didn’t work on my tv. So I returned it and bought this. After going through all of the codes for my tv to find that none worked I hit the web looking for more. Finally found one that works... kinda every few days it stops working and I have to re enter the code. This happens about every 3 days. It’s annoying but the remote does what it’s supposed to do so I deal with it. Doesn’t mean the same thing is gonna happen to you.
