I am almost done finishing the whole packet . It goes a long way . I think it’s been over a month of having it . I cannot stop singing praises of the high quality of this product . I mix it in water and drink everyday to lower my cholesterol . There is no mud or taste, and no sugar added and hence it’s very easy to drink . Very high quality . I am very pleased .It has helped me to bring down my cholesterol by 40 points in a few weeks . But I also follow a strict low fat diet.

I've been using it on regular basis and it has significantly improved my bowel movement, gut bacteria and sleep quality. Drink a glass of water with 1 tbsp at night, and you can feel the positive impact on your health. I'm yet you check on my cholesterol decrease so can't comment on same yet.

I particularly brought for ibs and recurrent constipation associated with ibs. This works miraculously and now i am free of ibs symptoms anymore and not leaving this product anymore.

Not much good. Sodium content is moderately high (jaljira version) which is not good for senior people. Good thing is bowel movement. Price is too much considering the benefit.

I would give it 5 stars. But sodium content is very high with 900mg per serving which is close to 50% of daily requirement. Would suggest the unflavoured version

I find this isabgol to be the best digestion and bowel assistant among all available products. It's secret ingredient is it's 99% composition of natural pure psyllium husk. Although a little pricey than the mainstream variants, the high quality standards speak for itself. I recommend this product to everyone who seeks smooth mornings.
