Excellent Flavor
Never gave much thought to flavor of olive oil until I purchased the Six Seasons cookbook by Joshua McFadden where olive oil is a key ingredient in many recipes. This brand of olive oil is exceptional. Great fresh taste, adds excellent flavor to everything. Highly recommend.

Best olive oil for all food products.
The flavor is outstanding and the taste does not leave a thick paste on the tongue. This brand is by far the "The World's Best Olive Oil. It replaces butter any day on veggies and meat products. Even my fur baby likes the green beans (from Amazon), marinated in this olive oil. I already have recommended this product to my family. I will add this to my Christmas list for friends and families. Excellent Spanish olive oil
One of our favorites. Slightly spicy, nice after taste. Really enhances the taste of any salad or bread. Unfortunately, easily sold out.

Peppery and legit.
This was highly rated from Grok. I found it to be very thin. Moreso than I expected. It is very peppery. However, I made chimichurri with it for 20 women and they loved it so maybe it was just me.

Using for health purposes.
I purchased this olive oil thinking that if it had won for best olive oil worldwide then it must be really good. I guess I just don't like olive oil. It's not like how I remember olive oil when I was in France and Morocco decades ago. I've given up trying to find what I had so many years ago. So, instead, I thought I'd use it for health purposes. I take 1/2 teaspoon after meals. There's no doubt in my mind that this is the real deal and is very high quality and will be good for my digestive/heart health.

UPDATE: Went rancid quickly, was stored correctly
Very good olive oil. A little on the strong side for bread dip, so I cut it with an equal amount of a lighter olive oil and it works very well. UPDATE: This was stored in a closed completely dark cool cabinet in its cardboard box. Completely rancid within a few months of opening. VERY disappointed with purchase. Will not buy this brand again.
