Run drills with your coach, teammates, or solo as you prove your dedication to your sport. Find more leg drive and jumping power as you train with up to 50 lbs. of resistance. Review: Excellent product! Used for youth sports training! - Excellent quality and durability! I am a personal trainer and often train larger groups of youth athletes. These were excellent and worked as desired. My only critique is my smaller clients had to tighten the belts significantly, but, with the resistance it wasn't an issue. Great value and easy to use. Excellent for speed and resistance training!
Review: Great resistance trainer! - I bought this resistance trainer to do replicated tennis moves. It works great--on both ends (removable harness and removable light harness for the trainer to use) a heavy metal hook allows you to be creative with how you want to create your exercises. You can replace the harness with handles or a bar to do various other drills. The harness itself seems durable, however I have used more cushioned harnesses. This by no means is a flaky harness, and after all, if you are going through the pain of training, a regular harness should suffice. Last note, the cord is about eight feet long, so your partner should be ready to move with you as at higher speeds, eight feet is not very far at all.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ great training tool
*by P***H on November 15, 2011*

This item with a speed latter or cones is a very fun way to increase speed and quickness. It can also be used to increase vertical jumps. The workout video that it comes with is very helpfull. It shows you many different for the 360 coil and for SKLZ other training tools such as, speed sac, latter, cones, weighted shoes, speed hurdles ect... Most of the drills in the video are very enjoyble such as the goalie drill. You don't even need a partner to workout with it although it's more fun.
