CalmingBreath Flaxseed & Lavender Yoga Eye Pillows

Whilst these are aimed for use during certain types of yoga, I got mine for use during meditation and I must say, it's much nicer than I expected. The traditional wheat and lavender bags feel heavy on me and fall off at the slightest thing. This stays in place, is peacefully calming to use and subtle enough that it isn't over powering.I purchased the navy blue version and am more than happy with the quality and strength of fabric. The softest cotton is kind to your eyes, without the slub I find cheaper heavier cottons have.I'm really pleased and will be trying it the next time I have a migraine too (as it's a genuine lavender scent and not the chemical faux scent you often find in high street lavender items)Today I've used it during my own excersizes (I do home physio for my disability and atm it's mainly focused on my legs) I lay back with this gently placed over my eyes, relaxed and took a few momenta to just be, then began my routine. It would have been much more peaceful if my dog hadn't kept trying to sniff at it to see what it was! But overall I found it a very positive addition and plan on buying one as a gift for a friend who attends verious yoga classes who will no doubt use it as its intended purpose!

I ordered the Midnight Blue CalmingBreath eye pillow for relaxation, meditation and yoga. It is so simple and yet very effective. The calming lavender scent is so subtle and aids my relaxation. The pillow moulds over your eyes and I have found it greatly reduces any light getting through. This eye pillow is lightweight so I will be taking this on holiday with me too. I also use the calmingbreath cork yoga blocks and bolster regularly and am so happy with the quality of their products.

I've used eye pillows for many years and had been looking for a replacement for some time yet didn't seem to find the right one. So to find Calming Breath had launched a new eye pillow I was sold, in fact, I ordered two (his and hers).The outer case is a soft cotton, with a natural lavender fragrance, with just the right amount of filling to sit comfortably and secure across the eyes blocking out the light. I use it most days for meditation and for soothing migraines when I need to block out light.Other products I have are yoga cushion, yoga bolster and a wheat pillow.

I am relatively new to Yoga, 3 months but love it. I tried my first Yoga Sound bath and needed a Yoga eye pillow/pad. I purchased this item after reading other reviews and it was just perfect. Did not slide off or move.It did not cause any irritation or cause any discomfort during the hour I used it. I intend to attend more Yoga sound baths so really happy with this purchase and the price.Thank you

Lovely item. Gentle lavender scent, nice weight for use during meditation - I go to a yoga class at a gym, lights are not turned off during meditation, so this lovely little pillow is perfect for relaxation. Highly recommend.

Fragranced lightweight pillow to place over eyes. Can be used cold or gently warmed. Soothes & relaxes - helps with sleep & aids rest & relaxation. I found it very easy to use & liked its’ weighting. It’s helped me to relax & get to sleep. Have used as part of meditation when doing body scan.

CalmingBreath does great quality products. In the past I have bought their yoga and meditation cushions and they are of the best quality. This new eye mask is of the highest quality - the material is very comfortable on the skin and the flaxseed and lavender filling is of a high quality. Very fragrant but not overpowering and very natural smelling. A brilliant addition to the CalmingBreath product range.

This eye pillow smells fantastic without the lavender being overpowering, just perfect to deepen relaxation at the end of yoga practice.It matches my calmingbreath yoga zabuton perfectly.Similar to all the products I've purchased from this company, it is of excellent quality.
