Is this paper thick or thin?

it's 20lb basis weight or 75G which is normal copy paper

What is the difference between hp office 20 and hp copy&print 20?

Copy & Print is Matte finish. Office 20 is Smooth.

How well foes this paper work in an inkjet?

I have an older HP Inkjet (think Windows XP/7 era), and it works great.

Will it fit in a Hp 1512 printer?

Yes. Any printer designed to use letter sized paper (8.5" x 11") can use this paper. The HP 1512 looks to be a standard size printer, (not something designed specifically to print envelopes or photos) so this paper will work just fine.
