I absolutely love this product! It’s a colored powder that’s exactly the shade I’m looking for! The powder vial has a soft brush at the top, so all I do is tap it on the area that needs a touch-up, and it’s covered until I wash my hair! It’s so easy to use and I’m really glad I found it! PAY ATTENTION!!! YOU SHOULD WEAR DISPOSABLE GLOVES, SO YOUR HANDS WON’T BE STAINED! YOU MUST COVER YOUR NECK AND SHOULDERS BEFORE USING!! It says that in the instructions! Otherwise, this will stain your skin the color of the powder, semi-permanently, until you shower. The first time I used this, it took me 1/2 an hour of scrubbing, and I still had visible residue around my neck!

Not only does this add color to your hair, but if you haven't washed it, I found that it helps to dismiss the oily look of dirty hair. It is a bit messy so I've learned to apply it sparingly and also to have a towel over the counter. It will stain pillows if you sleep with it in your hair. I've used it to enhance and have the purple hair last a little longer. If you're using it as a fun way to transform your look, it is not permanent. But that is a good thing, especially if you find you don't like yourself in "purple hair."

I have blonde hair so it really shows up. Extremely easy to use and you can easily make it lighter or dark on how much you run the brush over your hair. Only bad thing is that it is a powder and it leaves pink dust all over my vanity when I put it on my hair. It's very easy to clean off, just a little messy. Out of all hair chalks I've used this one works the best!! I will continue to use it and it stays in your hair and washes out in one hair wash. Highly recommend!❤❤

I got this powder to be a dry shampoo for my dyed hair. It matches my Special Effects Fishbowl blue hair dye perfectly. HOWEVER, it warns that this stuff will dye clothing and furniture, and they aren't joking! I tend to play with my short (approx 1" long) hair often out of work frustration. This stuff turns my hands blue. My boyfriend complains he never noticed how much he caresses my hair while we watch TV until his hands started turning blue too. On the plus side, it washes off skin easily; but it dies fingernails.

This temporary hair color was a huge hit with my teen girls, and their mom! The color was vibrant, easy to use, and washed out in a flash. So much better than the gooey, sticky spray and not nearly the effort of a real hair color. We'll be ordering loads more of this product for sure. I also like the regular hair color root touch ups, FYI. I have heavy blonde highlights and need my Rootflage between salon visits!

Make sure u use it outside or put towels everywhere.

I have been dyeing my hair blue for years. Unfortunately my hair is also a bit thin so my blazing white scalp shows through my part when my hair is down, especially after I haven't washed it for a day or two as is usual for trying to extend the life of vivid hair color. The Blue Monday color is very much a "primary blue" color while my hair is a bit darker and slightly teal so while it isn't a perfect color match, I'm quite happy with the result. Please excuse my messy hair! The applicator isn't awful but it's also not terribly precise. Keep in mind this is basically a big container of loose eye shadow so yeah it's going to "get everywhere" if you're not super careful. I would not use this for putting streaks in your hair, or doing a full root touch-up unless your hair is already very light or you absolutely can't get to the salon before an event. Overall I'm quite pleased and definitely going to keep this in my hair arsenal.

Purchased this for my 9 year old daughter so that we wouldn't have to ruin her beautiful hair with hair dye. Gives her some color without altering her beautiful natural color hair. I just use alittle hairspray so the color stays on alittle longer. She loves it. Definitely getting her more of these.
