Expensive grass seed with very little planting and care instructions. Tried to contact grower a couple of times and was "brushed-off". They advised me to research on the internet. Strange, this company is based about 20 miles from my home. They probably shouldn't be selling in consumer sized packaging without first developing a guide for consumers. Purchased this product 3 times over 2 years. got it to germinate all three times but does not fill in. Looks like my facial hair at age 16. Greenskeeper at local golf course advised weekly fertilizer application during the fill-in stage. Hoping that works.

Made a divot mix using 40 lbs play sand, 5 lbs 3-3-3 fertilizer, and 5 lbs seed. Filled in some very big holes and bare spots with the mix and it’s starting to grow nicely. Minimal watering at dusk, lots of sunshine and a few good soaking rain storms have helped, too. It’s expensive stuff but looks like the real deal, looking forward to seeing it grow in more over the next month.

Little early to see the outcome but it worked well last year!

I haven't found anything to "not like" so far. I did new top soil, followed the instructions for seeding, then put "growTex" on top of that, securing the corners with little stakes. Except for the rabbits trying to eat it, it's doing great.
