How does this compare to melinda's - the original belizean carrot-based hot sauce (now apparently owned by a colombian company-changed the formula)?

Melinda's ripped off Marie Sharps in a really underhanded and unethical way, first of all. Secondly - it's way, way better than Melinda's. Because Marie Sharps IS the original Belizean habanero carrot hot sauce.

Does this sauce require refrigeration? Most of my hot sauces do not, but I wanted to make sure. It doesn't say anything about it on the bottle.

Refrigerate After Opening is stated on the bottle below Nutrition Facts. One would think this sauce is hot enough to kill anything growing or living in it, but that is not the case.
