This was perfect for my sewing project. Needed a foot that could line up against the edge of the insert for the nose piece of the face masks I was making. This worked great! Fit my new Singer sewing machine perfectly, and installed in seconds. Very satisfied with it. Wasn't sure what I was getting as I hadn't sewn in years and I am not an expert, but needed a foot that could get close to the thick strip I had in the nose piece to secure it in place without gap, this worked just like I hoped. I believe it will be great for other purposes too. You can't go wrong. I only give great ratings if things deserve them, and I feel this meets the mark! Price was great too! Works perfectly

One of these days, I'm going to learn how to use my sewing machine. I can use one side of this foot but I can't get the needle to move far enough for the other. Not the foots fault. It gets me very close to a zip and I just turn my piece around so I sew the other side. I use a Singer Heavy Duty 4423 and this foot fits it perfectly.

This is one of the few presser feet I just never use. It’s not poor quality but unless you can move your needle left and right, your needle will hit the center of this. The machine I bought it for can do this, but you have to remember to shift the needle position before you bread a needle. The vintage zipper feet that allowed you to move the foot left and right (since the needles don’t) makes a lot more sense. I’d say look for one of these and save yourself the stress.

This zipper foot worked wonderfully on my new Husqvarna Onyx 30 machine. Delivery was so quick and saved the day when my project needed to be finished! I would order from this company again...

Loved this because it was much more narrow than my zipper foot that had originally come with my singer confidence machine

This thing is AWESOME. I got it for my HD 4423 and it fit great. The only advice I will throw out is that if you are used to the normal zipper foot, don’t get complacent with this one. The regular foot protects fingers, this one allows you to get RIGHT NEXT TO the needle. Don’t accidentally sew through your finger.

Doesn't fit my low shank Singer 5808-C because the diameter of the snap-in bar is too small. I've attached a photo showing a well-fitting regular foot in the left, and this product on the right. Otherwise, I think it would be just fine.

I love this foot. It’s narrower than the zipper foot that my Brother machine came with. I can sew bags with tabbed zippers much easier now. I can only use this foot with my needle in the left position. When I move my needle to the right it hits the center of this foot. Not a big deal though. This is something I wish I had bought sooner!

Essentially useless. I wanted to sew either side of the zip but the needle hits the foot on right side.

I have a singer hd 4452. I make bags and straps, stuff like that. A normal zipper foot doesn't allow you to get right next to some things, even some zippers. This foot is narrower than the normal Singer zipper foot. I was able to see right along a metal clip without any trouble. I would guess that you can get your stitch 2-3mm closer with this foot. That might not seem like a lot but it's huge on a watch band. Quality appears very good. It snapped right onto the machine! And it came right off when I wanted to switch feet. Very pleased. 5/5 would recommend!
