Preference Hair Dye, Long Lasting, Luminous Permanent Hair Colour, up to 9 Levels of Lift, Extreme Platinum

This goes darker than expected and slightly warm brown / beige gold on platinum blonde hair but a great lowlight shade if you have light brown/ strawberry blonde roots and want to blend them in to bleach blonde hair. The colour is very dark in comparison to the colour shown on the box if your colouring your whole head- I had to use a colour stripper to remove it last time as it was too dark / harsh for my liking as it went a dark gold/ warm brown colour.

Absolutely love this product. Have used many hair dyes but this was so easy with the comb nozzle, and hadn't realized that I didn't put the gloves on..it was so easy to just go through the hair. Really pleased with the colour as it covered my white\grey hair and the shampoo and conditioner has left my hair with a great shine. I will definately order this again.

I bought this to cover root greys and tone down the yellow blonde, I have multiple tones going through my hair blonde and very light brown , I also use a few tape ins either side of my hair for thickness due to have very fine hair. I covered all my head (shoulder length hair) including the tapes left on for 30 mins . All I can say is I really like the end result it’s completely removed the yellow tones from my extensions and my own hair and I am left with a silver blonde ash colour which is much better than brassy yellow I had going on. I will say that it did loosen one of my extensions so I had to retape and refit but no drama there. Really surprised and will use again when my greys start coming through again.

I always use loreal hair colour. I wanted a more natural blonde so chose this colour. Initially was rather dark more of a tawny blonde, but soon lightened up after a few hair washes to a natural light blonde. Delighted with colour as i felt the previous excellence blondes i was using were looking more silvery than blonde. Leaves hair feeling silky, with a thicker fuller appearance and in great condition.

My dye is 9.12 very light ash beige blonde cool tones. It doesnt go the colour on the box ..BUT. I actually love the colour it turns on my hair..my natural colour is a light browny ashy dark blonde anyway.. I put some streaks of blonde in my hair first with the garnier bleach kit as its gentle on hair or a clairol blonde dye first to make it have some bright blonde tones, then when my hair has been conditioned intensely and dried naturally..I put this dye on and it goes a darkish ash blonde which really suits me I always get compliments after useing this but as I said I adapt the colour by blonding my hair first..you get a purple conditioner to use after but I mix half and half with a normal conditioner bcoz I don't want alot of that purple look but you do still get a hum of purple look in it but it isn't there by the next wash and still looks good for a few weeks after..I don't use purple conditioner for weeks after like they recommend, bcoz the colour becomes more purplely and bland and loses that natural look..this is a great hair dye.i love it but you have to find your own way of useing it to suit your natural colour as the colour on the box is not how it turns out..

Honestly I didn’t expect much of a box bleach, I even tried to return but since I couldn’t I gave a shot and was worth it. It lightened my roots to a very pale yellow with only 30 vol developer that comes with the box and my hair didn’t snap, it looks and feels healthy. It doesn’t come with a toner so you need to order one. I wish I had ordered more because one box was enough for my roots, but I wanted to bleach wash the middle parts of my hair and one box covered well but not everything. So I would say one box for roots and 2 boxes for middle part for a bleach wash.

Great product. Doesn't damage your hair. Been using for years.

Je l’adore mais il faut savoir que mes cheveux sont blancs à la base. Sur un blond foncé je ne tenterais sûrement pas.
