It has many compartments and it is quite sturdy. I would have given this bag 5 stars had an emblem on the front fell off after two weeks.

Son likes it and it's waterproof (a necessity in the PNW), but I heard the shoulder strap seam rip today the very first day of school! May have to return it.

Bought this for my 2nd grade son for school. He wanted an under armor backpack and I wasn't willing to spend that much. This backpack is so nice!! The quality is very good and it has so many zipper pockets! So impressed and happy with this item. Glad I took a chance and bought it.

This is a piece of crap, it isn't even a month and the shoulder strap broke......just yesterday.My son had a cheap bag before and he had it since grade 2....,he's in 6 now. I only upgraded because it became raggedy......and boy am I disappointed. We have not had the chance to test the waterproof claim but at this point, so not interested.My son enjoys carrying this bag, he says it's comfortable; his books aren't poking in his back and it helps his posture. When I did my research, this bag was recommended for elementary school but it didn't stand up to the test- not even a month?!!!!!!!His old cheap bag did the first semester and still have some life left in it, we'll have to resort to it for a while until we can repair or replace this 'so-called ' upgrade.
