Got wrong manual

Received in a timely fashion. It is what I wanted and will serve our needs. It was problematic setting up the new code to open it and changing some of the other settings because the manual that was included with the safe wasn't for the model I received. Customer service emailed me the correct manual within a reasonable time period and all is well.
