Good combination! I don’t take the entire recommended dose, it’s too much for my needs as I already eat nutritiously. The coconut mineral formula tastes MUCH better than the multivitamin formula. I take the minerals because they help remove toxins that we get from our healthy foods (our food grows in toxic soil and some veggies etc. clean the soil but take up the toxic lead, cadmium, arsenic, etc. fortunately certain minerals help our bodies get toxins out instead of wrecking havoc in our bodies. Do your own research but chocolate, sunflower seeds, flour of all sorts, rice, carrots, other root veg -organic included- have toxins and of course vital nutrients too.) I have adjusted to the mango flavor and thickness/consistency, but be forewarned it’s not “delicious”. The results are worth it. I have noticed more energy, better skin, hair, and nails. I have been taking the multivitamin for 8 months. The combination for 2 months.

This combo is an AMAZING deal. The multi vitamin tastes great in peach mango and I notice results. The night time mineral has a coconut creamy taste and is wonderful to take at night. Has a good amount of selenium which we need as women. But my husband takes these products too. Love Mary Ruth’s

I’ve been taking this every morning for a few weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed. My energy levels feel more stable throughout the day, and my hair already feels stronger and looks shinier. I’ve also noticed less shedding when I brush. The flavor is surprisingly good for a liquid vitamin, and it’s easy to take—no pills to swallow. I love that it’s vegan and made with clean ingredients. They taste…decent. the blue one definitely isn’t my cup of tea. but they do work when you’re consistent. my only thing is the price. it is SOOOO expensive, and i’ve checked “mary ruths” social media and its like all this money is funding her lifestyle but like she could be making more of a profit if it was a little cheaper for most people to kinda purchase. i got this bundle cause it was cheaper to get them together rather than separately.
