What is the dilution rate?

Directions say:Soil Application: 2oz(4tbs) to 1 gal of water. Saturate soil around base of plant. Water thoroughly after. Repeat in 3 months or sooner if needed.Foliar Application: Spray foliage thoroughly using 1oz(2tbs) to 1 gal of water. Retreat in 14 days. Foliar application can be made in addition to soil application for faster results.

Can this product be put on ground around roots of trees and if so how much? I do not have a sprayer.

Will this product help a key lime tree with curling leaves that's not bearing fruit?

If the leaves are a pale green...then this is a product for you...it add nitrogen to the soil and then into the plant....the curling of the leaf, I'm not sure....but try, I put my myers lemon out side in the full sun for the summer and bring back in for the winter keeping in as much sunlight as possible. I keep my 3 1/2 ' tree in a self watering pot...so you never need to worry about the plant not getting enough water. did you forget to water for some time? or not give enough? I know mine is a lemon and your is a lime, but there should not be much difference. I think there is a phone number on the label...give them a call and see what they have to say...good luck
