Cloth body. A beautiful doll with sweet face, my 6 year old granddaughter loved this gift we bought for her Christmas.

What size is she? Does she fit into baby clothes?

Although this was a lovely doll, it’s not a reborn baby. It’s not painted like one. I ended up buying two reborn babies from a lovely lady on eBay and they are sooooo beautiful

Do they do a crib for the megan rose doll

I don’t know. I sent the doll back as it wasn’t a proper reborn baby. Definitely not worth the money
