Snore Therapy Strips

Noticable difference on the first night!

A friend told me I snore (we shared a room on a retreat last year), and I wanted to see if I could do something about it. I'm going to be sharing a room on a different retreat and don't want to disturb my roommate. I liked that these operate sort of like a CPAP, giving back pressure on exhaling but not inhaling, and put them on, started the "Do I Snore?" app, and went to sleep. It said I was a severe snorer, but the only snoring I could hear was my Pug! And I didn't tear them off while sleeping. They're pretty darned comfortable. I'm sold.

After 2 nights with the "starter" strips, I didn't see any improvement. With the "regular" strips there was a small improvement. With the max strips, the improvement was enormous. On a typical night without these, my snore score was well over 100, sometimes as high as 174, per SnoreLab app. With max strips, its between 20 and 40. I've tried many other things that made a tiny improvement. This is the only thing that made a big difference.
