If you get frequent migraines this is a great tool to add to your treatment. I like the pressure mixed with the cooling and I feel like together it really helps get rid of my headaches and migraines. I usually keep it in the freezer, but have used it without chilling first just for the compression and it still feels good. It's also nice for if you get sinus pressure or headaches from allergies or a cold. It has a weight to it like a weighted blanket, but it's not overly heavy or tight, just gives that sensation which is probably my favorite thing about it. I would also say it stays cold pretty long and I have used it as a general ice pack for other body parts and it's great for that - espetthe back, because it's comfortable to lay on. One thing I would mention is that it's super cold right when you take it out of the freezer, like to the point where it will give me brain freeze if I put it on immediately lol, but that was just part of the learning curve.

I suffer from occulat migraines as well as tension headaches and if I don't catch them in time, it can be downright agonizing while I wait for my medications to kick in. This Migraine cap has been a lifesaver for those instances. First thing I noticed was the weight of the cap, its made of a thick gel and has a really nice heavier weight to it which I've found to be quite calming. It can be worn over the eyes or you can kinda flip it up or pull it up to just above the eyes and due to the weight it applies the right amount of pressure in all the right places to help relieve the headache. It does a pretty good job at blocking out the light which for me is really important because I get migraines with an aura so I'm pretty light sensitive when I get them. The outer cover is a really soft silky material and the gel itself is already pretty cool to the touch. I personally store mine in the freezer so it gets really cold and it holds its temperature for at least a good 30 minutes or so, which is the perfect amount of time for my medications to start kicking it. It also does a pretty good job of blocking out extra light which is really important to me as I get migraines with an aura so I am really sensitive to light. At first I was a bit skeptical but my doctor had recommended trying a migraine cap to see if it helped at all and they were right. I can't recommend it enough. It's also really nice for helping relieve tension, if I'm having a hard time relaxing at bedtime I'll pull it out and it helps me relax enough to be able to fall asleep.

I own three of these and gave a fourth as a gift. I don’t refrigerate them; I keep my home at about 63, and the gel is always very cold at that exposure. I own three because they stay cool for about 20 minutes—I keep them in my bedside table. Nothing works as well as vasoconstriction, compression, and nerve conduction for a migraine. These are the best, most well made and comfortable ones I’ve tried. This cap, and a dark room, are better than my prescription migraine medications. They work better and faster than either drug for me. I am using one now, so I thought I’d share my experience in hopes that it might help someone else. Apologies for the video, like I said, I’m having an attack. I think you can see how thick and heavy these are in the video. I cannot recommend them more. I suggest buying two or three of your suffer from migraines as often as I do. They’re very affordable, and you could not possibly be disappointed in the quality.

I wouldn’t know what to do without this ice cap. It provides gentle pressure that helps with my headaches and the cold temp isn’t unbearable coming directly out of the freezer. The only thing I wished was different is that it held the cold temp for longer, as it does loose the intensity pretty quickly and I need to pop it back in the freezer.

Best thing I could have got!! A little too cold to use right when you take it out of the freezer but if you wait a few mins and then use it it feels awesome! Very comfortable, easy to use and effective. Material is soft and soothing to feel on your face when you cover you eyes.

10/10 on my first use I’ve had it a few hours but i have a long term concussion = lots of uncomfortable head/neck/ face pain. I have not been able to find an ice pack that is comfortable enough to not trigger pain until this ! This was cold but gentle to lay on and also fold up against my cheek areas, I did find the compression to be intense at first due to my injury so opted to lay on it flat but can see this being a great tool for headaches as well when I’m not so sensitive to tight fitting touch. Didn’t have any odd smells out the packaging. Easy to use and slipped on like a glove. The material is really nice. And it holds a cold well i haven’t used it warm yet

Ice caps are one of the best ways for me to get relief from migraines. I’ve used various different ones over the years and found this to be one of the best due to its close fit and thickness which retains the cold for longer. Even though I have four or five ice caps, when this one got lost, I had to buy it again.

Cool product. I dont actually get migraines often. But I do get headaches and overheated when Im stressed. The cap helps me calm down and feel less overheated. Its comfortable and works fast.

I use this for headaches and migraines. It works very well. It stays cold for a long time and is nice and snug so doesn’t fall off even if going to sleep with it on. I think it is comfortable to wear and the light pressure it creates actually helps soothe my migraines as well. I keep it in my freezer in a ziplock bag so it has to warm up a bit before use or it’s too cold but overall this is so useful to me and I would buy another if I ever needed to.
