Are these small enough for a chihuahua/pomeranian cross?

I cut these in half for our 2kg chihuahua.

are there any meat and cereal free dental chews

Don’t know ask maker www.uk.pedigree.com

How tough are these? My elderly Chihuahua has some wobbly teeth so I don’t want anything too hard for her to chew

These are hard - not quite as tough as rawhide but close. I doubt wobbly teeth would cope

Hi, I have a Cavachon 11weeks would these be suitable for these tiny pups. Thank you

Your dog is a bit too young at the moment to have denitstixs about 3 months old .while they have baby teeth I would not give them to your pup. Once the adult teeth come through dentstix is excellent for keeping them clean just one a day
