What You Should Know
I purchased this pan to make little silver dollar pancakes for my grandchildren, and it does that well. However, flipping the pancakes isn’t easy. I have to use a very small offset spatula, and even then it can be tricky to get the pancake back into the correct spot after flipping. I really wish it came with a tool designed to make flipping the pancakes easier.

Worst product
They mentioned its seasoned pan but the batter sticks to the pan and always getting burnt before cooking entire item and unable to turn upside down due to its sticking. Tried seasoning with oil multiple times. This product is a waste for money. Rust is started created from bottom even though cleaned and dried out.

Perfect Aebleskiver pan
This little cast iron pan is amazing! I washed it and used a little oil and butter before I cooked Potato & Green Onion Aebleskiver. I had zero expectations as it was my first attempt at making them. No sticking. Turned easily. Delicious. Bought a kindle book. Highly recommended!

The base of the product is not flat because of the pits, so placing in the glass stove is difficult and handle is very hot while cooking that is hard to handle. Otherwise a Very good product.

Preseaoned cast iron pan. Works well for so many dishes. The pan is deep enough to make different recipes. 100% recommends. You can use for most deep fried Indian dishes like Appam, batetavada. Vada pav, etc. and make it with less oil.
