Good sleek design, very posh look, affordable and memorable
First and foremost I'd like to thank God for giving me this laptop 🙏 and I got this with his blessings... I liked the product as I received the first time... Loved the sleek design,very light weight, Sooo good quality, It is affordable and suitable for me as a teacher.. It has all the pre installed apps what I need... I didn't find it difficult at all.. It was easy to use.. Not much guidance needed to set up the device.. I am super super happy for this dream come true moment... Finally i found my perfect digital companion..... Thank you amazon, acer for this.....

Everything is ok but display could be better
Battery backup is like smartphone (better than laptops). Colour accuracy is low and feels like a TN panel. Viewing angle- dull, but at this price point I have no right to complain about it, speakers are good (feels like decent smartphone speaker), it has 2 mics, keyboard is good (no backlight), one last suggestion please adjust the display and text size to 120%(1600×900) for better browsing experience (yep display is full hd but try this) Thanks me later ❤️. Learn all the shortcuts and trackpad gesture, then u fall in love with this Chromebook 💗, u can't download ms office apps from Play Store 😔.

Worst product never trust amazon and the brand acer
Its a worst product of my life i ordered through amazon, where the product is defective and get not replaced and refunded by the amazon or the brand even written on policy, product get hanged and over heated while using it and gets automatically switch off in every 15 mins.

For casual users not for heavy users
Pros 1. Value for money ( I bought it around 13.2k , for this price it is worth) 2. Charging speed is good and can last around 7 hours 3.looks like good quality laptop 4.browsing , YouTube videos like simple tasks can be do quickly 5.boot time is very less and shutdown can do quickly Cons 1.Display is average 2.Processor is average or basic one 3.google play store available but some apps support some don’t support chrome book 4.Ms office don’t support 5.Microsoft teams don’t support

I used this choromebook laptop. There are a lot function available.best speak, best battery backup 10hrs on fully charged, Best quality pictures 1080. And operating system is lenux . We can't use windows software. Best prise. But let see what happen it in future.
