The portable inflator arrived on time and well packaged. After a full charge (via USB-C) I took it out to try it on the car. It does the job and does it well. It doesn't overheat and it delivers air to the tyres fast enough. It is definitely a must have item for all drivers. The only downside I would mention is the noise as it is rather loud. But overall, a great, must-have item for drivers

- Not usually am one to write reviews, but I make an exception on this item, the Portable Tire Inflator. My first impression was that it was a gimmick type item, but I am wrong. This is a handy little item to have nearby, It's convenient to store, has some bulk to it and does indeed perform well. It certainly wouldn't replace a real air compressor for heavy jobs, but could be a life saver from time to time. - You will want to play with it the first time with the instructions at hand, but once you do that, the operation is very intuitive with the on/off switch, charging is a no brainer and the adjustments to different modes and pressure adjustments is easy. - There is a flashlight on the business end that adjusts to flood which will come in handy some dark night as well as red and flashing bright lights for safety. - Five different modes and preset pressures are easily changed: Auto, Motorcycle, Bicycle, Sports ball and Manual. once you start to inflate, the unit reads the current pressure and continues until the preset pressure limit is reached, then it automatically shuts off back to standby mode. If left unattended, the units shuts down to preserve battery life after about 1.5 minutes. - There is a hide-away compartment at one end to store the included air nozzles as well as cloth carry bag to hold the other accessories. Probably will put all the air nozzles with the other items in the bag and not use the storage compartment. - I inflated a few sports balls as well as some tires on various garden equipment and each was a cinch. Certainly easier that hauling out the corded compressor or head off to the gas station for compressed air.

This works exactly as expected! No more waiting in line at the tire shop when the weather fluctuates affecting everyone. My 14 year old was able to sort it out and adjust the air in both vehicles.

The compressor comes with four inflation nozzles (two plastic ones for small inflatable toys, one for Presta valves, one for footballs, etc). There is a small compartment on the end that can hold two of them at the same time, but one of the plastic ones will not fit in there. It came fully charged, and the instructions are clear. Time to test. I deflated my tire (225/65 R 17) from 35psi to 30psi, according to my analog dial tire gauge. Connecting the compressor, it read 31 psi. I left the compressor in car mode, which defaults to 36 psi (it is very easy to select higher or lower pressure.) It took just under two minutes to raise the pressure from 31 to 36 indicated. Checking the pressure with my dial gauge showed 35 psi. It stops running when it reaches desired pressure, and turns off after 90 seconds if it isn't in use. It's going to fit nicely under the seat of my car, which will be handy because my tire pressure only seems to drop when I'm away from home. :-) Overall, I'm impressed.

Update: I heard back from the customer service department and was sent a new pump. This one is working well, which the first one worked well until it malfunctioned. The customer service representative who I communicated with was great and sent the new pump promptly after sending in a video of the issue. I hope this pump works out for the next few years. It is the exact type of pump I was looking for when I bought it originally. It is a a good weight for its size. The warranty for the product is 2 years, so I know I’ll be covered if this happens again between now and then. Worked great, until it didn’t. I have had this pump for almost exactly one year. It worked perfectly until recently. When I turn the pump on, it gives a false reading for the pressure. It won’t be connected to a tire but will fluctuate constantly with what it is reading for the pressure. It tends to read high, so I can’t pump my tires with it because it is reading higher than what I need to pump my tires to. I’m really disappointed because it was the perfect pump. It is a great size and is easy to use. I tried reaching out to the service department but haven’t received a reply other than the initial email saying they will get back to me quickly.

Great product that worked very well. After about a year, the battery started losing its ability to hold a charge, but the customer service experience was excellent. I reached out while it was still under warranty, and they were incredibly helpful and quickly sent a replacement with no hassle at all. I truly appreciated how smooth and easy the process was. Overall, a fantastic experience with both the product and the support team!
