I think I have used it since installing Windows 10 but I can't fully remember, sorry.

To be honest i am not sure, but i would not recommend this product, there are plenty other good ones on the market, this one is the one i would recommend as this is what we got EZCAP.TV 116 EzGAMER USB 2.0 Game Capture Device, thats if you intend using it for Xbox

Will this work with Pinnacle 20 Ultimate using Windowa 10?

In the UK Dazzle hardware costs from 55 to 73 pounds, Pinnacle 20 Ultimate would cost another a hundred pounds on top of that, so if a Windows 10 driver for Dazzle did exist, it would be unfair of Corel to expect you to buy both, just to be able to use it with the world's most widespread personal computing operating system. Do contact Corel about it, but be aware that NONE of the Dazzle hardware products is explicitly advertised as being suitable for Windows 10. The only mention of Dazzle in Corel's publicity for Pinnacle 20 Ultimate is a proviso that capture from VCRs (NTSC/PAL/SECAM) "requires Dazzle video hardware" sold separately. They do not make it clear whether Pinnacle 20 can work directly with the Dazzle hardware, and I would like to know this myself, because it might give me a path, albeit an expensive one, to using my Dazzle HD hardware, whose driver software cannot be reliably expected to install onto Windows 10 PCs and which Corel support say "is no longer compatible to Windows 10."
