Excellent quality and value. Pure and very fine powder, perfect product for cocktails and cooking even in small doses. Comes sealed properly with a clear label. Great for balancing acidity in recipes

Multi purpose product :)
I can't vouch for the taste as I use this for thickening liquids for "water drop photography" and it does the job marvelously. Doesn't cause cloudiness in the liquids and is very effective. Might seem a little expensive for a tub, but it'll last me years as only need a little at a time.
