Very comfortable to wear, did the trick for me! I injured my knee moving a very large piece of firewood trying to split it up and needed something to isolate my injury while it healed. This brace did just that. Coupled with a couple of Lidocaine patches, it allowed my knee to heal and after a couple of weeks, it feels much better. I'm saving this since I know it will be needed when I overestimate the physical capabilities of my aging body! The material is made of nylon and seems to hold up well to use, it is not as hot as I expected it to feel during the day. I am six feet tall and it fits my right knee very well and provided the support I needed to get over the injury. It has some built-in "compression" that can be adjusted with the four velcro straps that can be run in a variety of ways, making it very versatile for different body shapes.

I bought this brace looking for a replacement to another one I had that didn't stay in place during workouts. I've been using it for a little over two weeks now and am very satisfied. It stays in place and doesn't slip down like other ones that I've had in the past. Knee support is excellent and it feels great during my workouts.. The fit recommendation was spot on for my size.
