no one would be able to tell you that, I bought the product no. Of time and such products at amazon are of fairly recent manufacturing date , incase still on receiving the parcel there is some expiry date issue . Amazon is very effective with there return policy , so go ahead and buy it

Taste good and effective

I ordered it for my wife after 1 yr of her delivery as I felt she was loosing weight. As per her the product taste was nice and palatable. It really helped her to fullfill the nutrients which she was missing in her diet. It helped her to gain a weight a bit. But i think it will take some time for it to be fully effective
