How did everyone (including modeling experts) fix it so that the hinges work properly and doesn't pop off?

I bought it for my very young grad children who really just put it together and left it for viewing pleasure

If I order this item can I be guaranteed to receive it by Saturday? I need it for a stage prop for a play production on Sunday. Thank you.

Dear Windy, If your shipping address is in one of these states FL, GA, AL, LA then Yes but due to the storms we can not guaranteed. Hope this answers your question. Thank You for inquiry, TheFunWaytoLearn
