Product was not as fresh as the last time.
Last time I bought this, it was very good. Crunchy, fresh, sprinkled with sugar. This time, the pieces appeared sweating, not crunchy and taste had also changed to slightly stronger. There was no sugar sprinkled on the pieces. Wish they maintain the quality, otherwise they lose the edge over similar products in the market.

A good product and totally worth every penny
This is the best ginger candy I ever had. The flavour is very good and the candy does not have a bad or sour taste like others. It is healthy and easy to digest. It is mildly sweetened and has maintained perfect balance between sweetness and the usual flavour of ginger. It is easy to chew and does not stick nor leaves a bad taste. The packaging is highly superior quality tin and easy to keep it preserved. Top notch in every aspect and complete value for money.

Delicious post meal treat
The taste and bite of real ginger comes through in each chunk of Urban Platter's Dried Ginger Candy. In fact, the candy tastes so good, many people will find themselves reaching for the pack (250g) more often than is necessary! 😋 Better to enjoy them in moderation as they contain a little too much sugar. It would be helpful if Urban Platter offered a variant with a LOT LESS sugar for people who wish to control their sugar intake.

Gingery and sugary
It is just as ginger candy should be. Fresh, gingery, lightly coated in sugar and crunchy and soft at the same time. I have bought this a number of times and so far it has not disappointed me.
