Lenny & Larry's Complete Protein Cookie, [Choc-O-Mint], Chewy Soft Baked, 16g Plant Protein, Vegan, Non-GMO, High Fiber, [4 Ounce] Cookie (Pack of 12)

First off , these have a good amount of carbs -- not a good keto or low carb choice. The large cookies are 2 servings -- close to 440 cals. Not a good choice for weight loss Due to the high amount of sugar, I think this cookie probably fits post workout recovery for people trying to gain or maintain weight - I would not recommend for weight loss. May be ok for a 40:30:30 diets (28g sugar, 14g fat 16g protein) makes this a 37:41:21 As far as flavors go -- You can't go wrong with these flavors: Chocolate mint - probably the best tasting / sweetest Snickerdoodle is great too - but note a bit messy due to sugar coating Oatmeal - this one actually isn't too bad and pretty close to what I expect in oatmeal flavor, not too sweet though. Interesting try: The Chocolate donut is an interesting taste close to the double chocolate but does have a little something extra to make it taste a little closer to a donut -- but not as close as the Quest donut bar taste. The Regular chocolate chip is ok but doesn'tt have enough or large enough chocolate chips to really get the flavor right. Birthday cake and the salted caramel, also, all you really get is a general "sweetish dense bread taste" and it really doesn't deliver on the "cookie taste" like the others nor do you really get anything extra from the chips / sprinkles. Double chocolate is suprising just "ok" -- It is not as sweet as the mint, and really sort of bland. There is a mild chocolate flavor that's not too sweet similar to asian/japanese chocolate cakes. I'd never even heard of this cookie company until i was cruising through amazon and spotted them. i must have been hungry and craving something sweet at the time. Anyway, I saw these Chocolate Mint cookies , studied the information provided and all the reviews and decided to give it a try. Now.. first off, apparently other flavors have two cookies per package... these are just one---one large cookie that contains 16 gms of protein, 10 gms of fiber and 28 gms of sugar. Sure wish that was the other way around with 28 protein and 16 sugar.--, Anyway, they probably wouldn't taste as good. They say one cookie is 2 servings. I opened the package last night and ate a little under 1/2. It satisfied me. I've had a little piece on & off throughout the day today and probably have just about 1/4 left. Maybe I'll have that after dinner tonight. They are a soft cookie with excellent flavor. They are very good. I even thought about buying another box while they have them because mint seems to disappear in most lines after the holidays. I decided still having 15 pkgs of cookies is plenty for now for someone who is suppose to be watching/limiting sugar intake. Don't forget these are vegan, non-gmo verified, and are dairy, soy & egg free. They're kosher--always a good selling point-- and contain no high fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols. As far as sweets and cookies are concerned, these are pretty healthy compared to most that really don't have anything going for them other than feeding our sugar addiction. If, like me, you must from time to time, and like chocolate mint, these just might be the ones for you., I know I'll be reordering.

These are yummy but the mint is strong.

When I was a kid, Lifesavers had the most amazing flavor and, by far, my favorite, called Choc-O-Mint. Hmmm... Is it deja vu?! They were dark chocolate with a wonderful hint of mint. I've thought about, and missed, those delicious circles of chocolate and mint for many years... I've tried almost all flavors of Lenny & Larry's Complete Cookies, and this flavor is in my top 3. (The others are Chocolate Chip and White Chocolate Macadamia.) Its mix of chewy, dark chocolate goodness plus an ample helping of mint chips makes Choc-O-Mint one of their best flavors. Aside from its awesome taste and texture, there's the fact that each cookie packs 16g of protein in them--VEGAN protein. The whole cookie is vegan! What more could I ask for? A chewy, yummy, FILLING cookie that's actually good for me. If you're a chocolate lover and also like mint, give these enormous cookies a try. They'll fill you up, add to your overall protein intake, and put a great big chocolatey smile on your face!

First off, I’m a fan of the brand but I will only purchase 3-4 flavors. Choc-O-Mint is far and away my favorite. It is soft and the texture is good. Enough moisture in this flavor that you don’t have to have a drink with it and it tastes good enough that I’m left wanting another when the first is gone. With other flavors and brands I find sometimes I’m forcing them down or the texture is dry and I have to have a full glass of water just to finish it off. Let’s call these what they are: the description says nutrient dense but these are really calorie dense. Sure, they have protein and fiber but they are loaded with other things like fat and sodium. That is okay with me as I reach for one of these cookies when I haven’t made time to stop to get get the calories I need. These are a welcome pick me up at the right time. I take these with me as an extra supplement on long bicycle rides when it can be hard to ingest enough calories to keep cranking out the miles. Cons: These things are expensive and the price keeps going up. The family will find them and eat them; both kids and adults. Pros: Taste delicious. Pack a lot of useful calories in a small space. Verdict - I’ve added these to my subscribe and save list and I never hit the cancel button.

The regular chocolate chip cookie is bland but just about palatable, best thing about it is how firm it is. The mint one is kinda gross, find it hard to finish the mint one, it's just so synthetic.
