The build quality feels and appears really good, and its long sleek design makes it portable as I can just fit it inside my outside laptop bag pocket. I use it for my HP laptop as a secondary usb hub, making full use of its type C cable for connectivity. I also used it for device mirroring to a monitor for my Ipad air, and it does get a little warm during so, but this never affected it's performance as there was no visual effects or input lag. The screen button is really useful as well, let's me turn off my monitor screen and audio when it's mirroring with just one click. Overall, a really good device for the value of money.

I have a laptop, MSI Prestige 13 AI and wanted to connect it to my monitor, a HP media display, as well as connecting a mouse and keyboard. Quite simple, this works. I have a HDMI going from my monitor to the adapter, mouse and keyboard going in the USB slots and a power lead going into the USB-C slot. All works perfectly fine and helped a lot as my laptop doesn't have USB slots, only USB-C. Absolutely no issues, no drop out of power or display and useful for me as it means now all my wires go into one adapter.

Remind you that the screen off button is of no use. Other than that, this is a very good usb c hub.

Good quality does what it says

I use the Acer USB C hub to connect my iPad Air to a 4K Monitor. There was an issue with my older hub where the monitor would flicker from time to time. Nothing of that sort with the Acer. It has a good selection of ports, including full size and micro SD card reader which is handy for working with footage from action camera. Additionally, this USB C hub supports pass-through charging, meaning iPad (or any other tablet or laptop) can be charged while connected to an external monitor. All in all great product.

A must have for samsung tablets. Works flawlessly my main use is for charging whilst using the hdmi at the same time.

I bought this 7-in-1 USB C to HDMI Adapter and it stopped working after just a few months. The cable is flimsy and now doesn’t connect at all – clear sign of poor build quality. But the real nightmare began when I contacted Acer support. First, they asked me for a serial number, which this adapter doesn’t even have. When I explained that, they refused to believe me and demanded pictures from every possible angle. I sent everything they asked for, and after 20 days of back and forth, they just stopped responding. When I called again, they finally answered – only to tell me that this product isn’t covered under warranty. Absolute waste of my time. In total, Acer support wasted a whole month with zero resolution. Thankfully, Amazon was more helpful and issued a refund. Do yourself a favour: stay away from this product and think twice before buying anything from Acer. Terrible quality, even worse customer service.

Solid item, been using it every day since I got it. Works well on both my work laptop, and my Steam Deck. Perfect number of usb ports, and oddly like that it has a button to turn the hdmi port on and off as well. Great purchase for the price and use.

Works great with my MacBook Air, small and feels like it’s high quality!
